The County is serving as a resource to anyone who is seeking more information on post-flood conditions and recovery.   Requests to volunteer and questions should be directed to the County at 410-313-2900 or visit www.howardcountymd.gov/ECStrong-Recovery-Resources.

UPDATE (10/1/2016): The  Ellicott City Old Town Market  is back to its location at the parking lot of the Wine Bin.  HEC was pleased to serve as the Market’s host at Mt. Ida while old town was recovering from the flood, but as recovery efforts have progressed, the vendors are excited to move back to their original location.  Join them for the rest of October from 9 am to 1 pm.

Historic Ellicott City Inc. is establishing a fund to help those properties in the historic district who were severely impacted by the flood waters.  The funds will be set aside, in part, from the proceeds of HEC’s Annual Decorator Show House, which is set to open next month.
